The gravity separation line is mainly applied to separate gold, chromite, tin, tungsten, iron ore, and other ferrous and non-ferrous metals with significant specific gravity differences. The gravity separation line is mainly composed of jaw crusher, ball mill, spiral classifier, shaking table, spiral chute, centrifugal concentrator, and mineral dryer, etc., supplemented by feeder, hoist, conveyor, and other auxiliary equipment.

The crushed material needs to be further ground by a ball mill before proceeding to the next beneficiation process.
The slurry from the slurry pool is mixed in a mixing tank and then pumped by a slurry pump to a spiral chute for classification. It is then pumped to multiple shaking tables for gravity separation, resulting in finished gold concentrate.
Since the ore concentrate after flotation machine contains a certain amount of water, it needs to be settled by the concentrator and dried by the mineral dryer.
