Precautions

The moisture content directly determines the quality of the molded coal balls when the mixer is in operation. The dryness and wetness should be appropriate to allow the material to be shaped by hand. This can be controlled during production.

The normal operation of the conveyor is crucial. Remember to adjust it properly so that the equipment can operate normally in subsequent production. The amount of material transported also affects the quality of our coal balls.

A magnet must be installed on the feeding belt in front of the briquette to prevent iron materials in the raw material from damaging the briquette.

A temperature display must be installed above the drying equipment to monitor the temperature inside the dryer. The temperature inside the dryer should not exceed 200°C. The temperature control can be gradually adjusted from low to high to avoid internal combustion of the dryer.
