Active lime production line (Active lime plant project) refers to the whole process of active lime production. We can provide technological solutions and complete production equipment for active lime production line.
Lime production line is composed of vertical preheater, rotary kiln, grate cooler, air treatment system, raw material conveying system, finished product conveying system and raw coal pulverizing system.The lime production line with lime rotary kiln as the main equipment is the most widely used, with large investment and large floor area.
The qualified limestone stored in the silo is lifted to the top of the preheater by the elevator. The feeding amount is controlled by the upper and lower material level gauges, and the limestone is distributed to each chamber of the preheater.
Limestone is preheated by hot air in the preheater, and then discharged into the rotary kiln, where it is calcined at a temperature of about 1300°C in the kiln to complete the formation of quicklime.
Then the decomposed limestone enters the cooler and is cooled to 100°C by coal-air. Finally, the lime discharged from the cooler is transported to the finished product storage bin through the feeder, chain bucket conveyor, bucket elevator, and belt conveyor.

2. Improve production efficiency greatly. The entire production line adopts a two-stage grinding process, which not only reduces the slime caused by over-grinding of minerals and low efficiency of the mill, but also increases the output.

4. Low investment cost. Simplified technological process and convenient operation save a lot of manpower and investment costs.
