Brief In Vibrating Screen

The vibrating screen is designed for circular motion. It is designed for quarrying stone in quarry. It can also be used for product classification in coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, electric power and chemical industry. The production capacity can reach 75-1300m³/h. The HX vibrating screen is a new type of machine. It adopts eccentric vibration exciter and wheel flexible shaft. It has characteristics of advanced structure, strong vibration force, low vibration noise, easy maintenance and durability.

The HX vibrating screen is mainly composed of a sieve box, a vibration exciter, a suspension (or support) device, and an electric motor. The motor is driven by a V-belt to drive the spindle of the exciter to rotate, and the screen box is vibrated due to the centrifugal inertial force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter.

Advantages

The screen surface inclination angle is 18°, and the screening efficiency is higher;

The exciter is an eccentric shaft plus an eccentric block structure to provide sufficient vibrating force;

Thin oil is self-lubricating, and the lubricant is replaced once every 3-6 months;

The key parts are designed with a wear-resistant rubber protective layer to extend the service lifespan of the screen.
